What we found
- Anthropic's landlord is suing Anthropic's chief competitor. Procurement risk no other coverage has named — your compute supplier and your rival's legal adversary are the same counterparty.
- Musk's "safety" framing fails the revealed-preference test. If the OpenAI suit were about for-profit AI as a category, Anthropic would also be a target. Instead, Anthropic is a customer.
